Summary:

PBT’s Long Toss Program is designed to help increase arm strength, arm control, and arm care.   The program will cover the following topics: Static and Dynamic Warmup, Crossover Symmetry Bandwork, Long Toss Progressions, Cardio Workouts and much more. This program will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30.

*Items you need to bring with you include: Glove, Cleats, long sleeves, and water.

*In Event of Inclement Weather we will move indoors and complete our throwing progressions at PBT in Catonsville.

*No makeup sessions for missed sessions

*In case of injury or soreness we will evaluate the player and communicate directly on the best decision moving forward.( soreness is expected throughout this growth phase)
