Bat Speed/ Strength

Start Date: November 28th

Summary:

Trying to adjust to a drop 3? Looking to swing that wood bat with a little more authority? Or are you just plain old tired of dragging your bat? If you said yes to any of the above, this is the program for you. This is a high intensity workout where players will take 300 swings in an hour. While proper mechanics will be maintained, the sole purpose of this program is to increase bat speed and improve bat control.

This is a workout! There will not be much instruction.  Players interested in improving their mechanics are encouraged to sign up for private lessons prior to attending this program.  Due to the high volume of swings, we recommend that you only sign up if you have a mechanically sound swing.  We don’t want to build bad muscle memory.

How we measure Bat Speed:

We will measure bat speed using our swing speed radar device.
